Ritesh Misra CEO
Prior to joining ithink Solutions, Ritesh Misra carries around 15 years of experience
in various industries where he held several senior management positions. He began
his professional career in business development in Software Company based in Orissa.
While there he initiated and managed client relationships, as well as directed client
projects, ranging from quantitative business-to-business and consumer research and
consulting. He was the Business Development Head from 2000 to 2004, for Ambifin
Systems. Ritesh has also worked in the capacity of Co-Founder and CEO at RR Technicacon
e-Solution Pvt. Ltd., has had extensive international exposure in the course of
his assignments in countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and the US.
Ritesh holds an Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from Nagpur University
and also has a Diploma in E-Commerce. In addition, he is also a Microsoft Certified
Professional in Networking and also have knowledge of SAP customer relation Management
application provides best-in-class functionality for marketing, sales, and service,
with which you get the help you need to delight your customers, empower your teams,
and grow your business.
Satyendra K. Mallik Director & VP (Global Head of Human Resources & Planning)
Satyendra is an MBA with experience over 17 years in HRM domain, During his career
, he has worked with some of the highly respected organizationsin segments like
Steel, Finance, Electronics, Automobile, Consumer electronics and ITES. In his last
assignment as Director HR with Greenfield Online, largest KPO in Market Research
Space, he was primarily responsible for Global HR, New Initiatives and Corporate
Planning.
Prior to Greenfield Online, Satyendra has worked with Usha Martin, RS Components,
Hero Group, Global Steel Holdings Ltd and Salora International Ltd. In his earlier
assignments he has been involved in setting up HR systems and processes. Besides
HR, He has spearheaded Quality and Performance Management initiatives in many of
the organisations he has worked with and been driver of corporate planning process.
Prior being a part of ithink Solutions hewas Director & VP (HR & Planning)
with Infinity Advertising, an integrated communication solutions provider, he was
responsible for HR, Planning & Strategy and IT and has been instrumental in
organization building process.
Alkananda Misra Director Operation & VP Marketing
Alkananda Misra has 12 years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Human
Resource, Collection, Customer support, Taxation and Bank Products, Back office,
Employee Work Flow in BPO industry, with an emphasis on e-publishing. Prior to joining
ithink Solution she was one of the founder members and has been a mentor through
its evolution of RR Technicacon e-Solutions (P) Ltd. today, and worked as Head of
Operations.
She was also heading the Captive Call Centre Operations in India as Director Operation
for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service inc. (NYSE: JTX) is based in Parsippany, New Jersey.
She has had a chance to work with most esteem company’s like American Express, Exl
Services, Dell and R.S. Components & Controls (I) Ltd. (An Indo British joint
Venture). She is a done her bachelor’s in Sociology and Masters in Marketing from
Utkal University.
Nitin Gupta Director Sales & Marketing Europe
As Director of Sales and Marketing ,Nitin is responsible for sales and marketing
efforts worldwide across the outsourcing and transformation business lines. Nitin
has over 14 years experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance with
a focus on Banking and Insurance sectors. He was the Release Manager for a multinational
Insurance company's software division. In his capacity he ensures that the different
projects of a particular software release meet customer needs and are brought together
and released on time with high quality, and the overall release reflects the best
choices, amount, scope, costs and time for the company. He also was responsible
to coordinate the Interdependent project and is involved in decisions made at the
release level as to the set of projects to be included, and the scope of those projects,
based on available resources and customer needs, and individual projects' trade-offs.He
began his career in HCL Perot Systems. He holds a BTech degree from Nagpur University.He
is based in Ireland.
Shukla Bhattacharya Head of Strategic Account Management,
As Head of Client Management, Shukla is responsible for driving growth and
profitability of existing accounts, client relationship management and client satisfaction.
Shukla has over 11 years experience in Software testing and QualityAssurance. She
has worked on a number of Test Automaton tools as well as Structured Test approaches
like BPT (Business Process Testing). She was the Team leader for Compliance team
of a leading Insurance company. She manages the software test teams and test solutions
that were cost effective to the client. She has vast experience in test tools like
QTP, Load Runner, Win Runner, and Quality Center.She began her career in HCL Perot
Systems. She holds a BTech degree from Nagpur University.She is based in Ireland.
